Las Vegas native Dinisha Mingo, M.S./M.A., is a speaker and mental-health leader, founder of Mingo Health Solutions (MHS) and the 501(c)(3) Solutions of Change (SOC), advancing compassionate, culturally competent care and access across her community. Dinisha is also the co-owner of Restorative Health and Life, providing holistic care services.
Dinisha co-produced this “Lean on Him” by The Sound, as part of her commitment to advancing mental health awareness through creative, community-centered approaches. Some of the proceeds support the work of Solutions of Change.

Dinisha is a Las Vegas native, mental health advocate, and award-winning public speaker dedicated to helping communities and organizations become more trauma-informed, compassionate, and effective.
In 2016, she founded Mingo Health Solutions (MHS) Growing up as the oldest of six in a single-parent household, Dinisha witnessed firsthand the impact of unaddressed mental health challenges, an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to advocacy, access, and awareness. She also founded Solutions of Change (SOC), a 501(c)(3) a nonprofit providing free and low-cost therapy services to individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, or undocumented.
Dinisha holds Master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and Psychology, and is completing doctoral training in Clinical Psychology. As a speaker, she brings credibility, lived experience, and practical insight to every stage, empowering audiences to lead with empathy, build psychologically safe environments, and lead with purpose.
Dinisha’s leadership is rooted in service. She believes in servant leadership and views community engagement not as an obligation, but as a way of life.
As a philanthropist and advocate, she is deeply invested in giving back to the Las Vegas Valley. She support youth and community-based initiatives, and organizations working to expand access to mental health care. Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to building systems that are both compassionate and sustainable.
Through Solutions of Change, Dinisha works to expand access to mental health care for individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or undocumented. Community support helps make this work possible.

Dinisha is completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology ands well as pursuing a Master’s in Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary, with a deep interest in the integration of mental health and spirituality.
